Backports the following commits to 7.x:

* Handle session timeout and user activity

* Added suggestions form code review

* Fix i18n errors

* Moved session timeout calculation to server side

* fixed tests

* Added suggestions from code review

* fix types

* Removed unecessary response interceptor and improved copy

* Handle scenario when session does not exist correctly

* Do not show warning again if previously dismissed

* Added suggestions from code review
